Welcome to JuLe V.A., we are a mother and daughter combination who can offer you a range of administrative skills that are valuable to any business to ensure that you operate efficiently and successfully.  These past couple of years, like many, we have discussed how Covid-19 has impacted on businesses and people's lives, the different ways of working and realised that we wanted to make some changes to our own lives and find a better balance between work and family life. Between us, we have over 60 years experience in the corporate and public sectors, gasp! We realised two heads are better than one and that we could offer you a quality service by helping you to organise your business, do the tasks that are time consuming or that you cannot do, so that you can utilise your time more efficiently and focus on what's important to you. That's when JuLe V.A. evolved, as a mother daughter duo we compliment each other and can offer a multitude of expertise and support to your small business.

Hi, I'm Julie and I am very excited to be on this venture with my daughter whom I admire tremendously. Being family orientated, I am a believer in a healthy work and life balance. I have 40 years experience as an administrator, starting as a humble clerk for a large commercial organisation in the UK. I have taken advantage and made the most of the opportunities that have arisen over the years, such as moving to New Zealand over 20 years ago. I have worked in many sectors: hospitals, tertiary education, retail, local council, high performance sport, construction industry and Real Estate. I have an abundance of experience in general administration, office management and as a personal/executive assistant. Hi, I'm Leanne, I have been wanting to become a virtual assistant for many years and I'm really excited to finally be on this journey with my mum (my best friend). I have over 20 years experience in various administration roles: trades, science, health care, local councils, chamber of commerce and retail. For the past 6 years I have been working for a science research and development company, and I have implemented Xero, Smart payroll and process systems during this time. Xero bookkeeping is my niche and something i am passionate about, and i am also Xero Advisor Certifed. I love working with numbers, have fabulous organisation skills and enjoy meeting new people. We have various pricing options available depending on how many hours you require our services for.

CASUAL RATE: we have a casual rate if your needs are sporadic or uncertain and you want to use us on an as-required basis.

MONTHLY PLANS: we have monthly service plans starting at 10 hours per month.

We do request a minimum of 1 hour for our services.

Note: Any additional costs incurred (e.g. postage and courier fees, stationary and printing) will be charged separately to our hourly rate and packages. JuLe V.A. is not GST registered.
